Hi Roxie, tell us, how did you first get into manifesting?

I listened to a podcast on manifesting back in 2018 and then started researching everything I could on the practice. I then developed my own seven-step technique and within two years my entire life was transformed in every way imaginable!

Can you share your top tips for starting manifesting?

Read my book MANIFEST: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life! I know it’s the worst answer but it’s such a full practice so it’s hard to say where else to start as there are so many elements to it. But the book is really easy to read.

What are your go-to affirmations?

I am enough, I have always been enough. I am excited for the opportunities ahead of me. I love the person that I am and the person that I am becoming.

Do you have any practical tips for busy people in terms of how they can work manifesting into their daily lives?

Once you understand the practice you really see that manifesting is a way of living; it’s something that you bring to everything you do, so you don’t need to make time for it as such, as you just live in this new mindset.

What are your top self-love tips?

Be your own cheerleader, be patient with yourself and commit to the promises you make to yourself.

What is something that you’ve successfully manifested?

Everything in my life I believe I have manifested. But most recently I manifested being on The Today Show in the US and that was really surreal!
