Created by our Executive Pastry Chef, Ryan Thompson, this December, tuck in to the limited-edition menu within our historic Lounges. Begin your experience with a Severn & Wye Smoked Salmon Roulade with Bergamot and dill crème fraîche, and Oscietra caviar.
Enjoy a selection of sandwiches, including the festive Roast Norfolk turkey, cranberry relish, sage, apple stuffing, alongside freshly baked scones with jam and clotted cream.
The highlight is Ryan’s scent-inspired cakes. As beautiful as they are delicious, they feature carefully selected ingredients inspired by Jo Malone London’s iconic colognes, such as the pear mousse, quince compote, and pistachio sponge, inspired by the fresh notes of English Pear & Freesia.
We will also have our harpist playing throughout the afternoon on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
